These terms apply to any quote, estimate, order, or contract for services or materials provided by Ahaylock & Son, registered in England and Wales with registered address at 120 Monson Road.

1. Quotes and estimates Quotes are valid for [X] days from the date issued. Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work changes once work has begun, and we will confirm any variation with you in writing before proceeding.

2. Payment terms Will be discussed in person or over the phone. Payment is due within [X] days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope of work Work will be carried out in line with the agreed quote or contract. Any changes requested after work has started may incur additional charges, which will be agreed with you before proceeding.

4. Access and site conditions You agree to provide reasonable access to the site for the agreed working period. Delays caused by lack of access, third-party trades, or site conditions outside our control may affect timelines.

5. Workmanship guarantee We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 5 years from completion, covering defects arising from faulty workmanship under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after completion.

6. Liability We will hold appropriate insurance for the duration of the work. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Cancellation See our Refund Policy for cancellation rights and any charges that may apply.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
