Thirty years onthe same patch.
A Haylock and Son Building Services was incorporated on 15 October 1996 and has worked out of Reigate ever since. Extensions, loft conversions and renovations across Reigate, Redhill and the villages either side of the M25 — almost all of it for people who were told about us by someone we had already built for.
How we work
Signwritten on the back of the van since 1996.
One firm carries the job. We do the groundworks, the structure and the fit-out ourselves, and bring in the specialist trades — plastering, roofing, plumbing, electrics — from people we have used for years. Either way it is us you ring, and us who put it right.
Quotes are itemised. By trade and by stage, so you can see where the money goes rather than being handed one number at the bottom of a page. Invoices follow the same stages, against work that has actually been done.
The same faces turn up. On a job that runs eight to thirty weeks, that matters more than anything else on this website. You will know who is in your house.
We answer the phone afterwards. Certificates get handed over, the site gets swept, and if something needs looking at in a year we come back and look at it.
